In the tazkirah at my place the other night, offhand the Ustaz told us about two types of people when they are performing ibadah;
1. Clearly realize our ibadah will be rewarded by Allah and hoping for his Rahmat to be blessed and in the end, the promise of heaven in afterlife
2. Clearly realise we are the servants of Allah and we perform the ibadah because of Him. Just do it wholeheartedly and leave it to Allah whether to accept or not and not harbouring thoughts of what to expect but let Allah decide for us at the end of it.
Both of them are alright but the 2nd point is in the Tasawwuf teaching is rather much more deeper.
Anyway, we are a blessed souls if we are chosen to experience the Laylatul-Qadr. And... it comes with an expensive price tag... that I personally question over whether I have a right to recieve or not, do my ibadah has reach its topmost mark of it...
Sincerely, the answer is NO!
